Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 5 minutes of placing your order by contacting us at +39 06 1234 5678. Orders canceled after 5 minutes may be subject to a cancellation fee, as our chefs may have already started preparing your meal.

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

In the event that you receive an incorrect order, or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately at +39 06 1234 5678 so we can rectify the issue. You may be offered a full refund, a partial refund, or perhaps a re-delivery of the missing or incorrect item(s).

Quality Concerns

At Crust & Craft Pizzeria, we take pride in the quality of our food. If you're dissatisfied with the meal you received due to quality concerns such as undercooked dough, lack of freshness, or any inconsistencies with what you expected, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, credit, or refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that, depending on your financial institution, it may take anywhere from 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. In the case of credit, we will apply it to your account immediately for use on your next order.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that we do not provide refunds for change of mind. Custom orders that are made to your specific requirements are also non-refundable, unless there are quality issues as mentioned above.
